Master Bathroom Reveal

Putting the finishing touches on the Master Bathroom has been a long time coming.  I first posted the design plan back in August.  The design plan didn’t take a whole lot considering the bathroom is less than 25 square feet.  We started off the mini-remodel in the Fall with a DIY vessel sink that I detailed here.

Here is a reminder of what the before looked like.

I used the design plan to insert some color and necessary storage (as there was zero to start with).  And the end result…

Quite a splash of color!  Because the space is so small I decided to go big and bold with color and pattern.  I didn’t want to use typical bathroom fixtures and shelving so very few of my purchases were actually from the bathroom section. The shelf pictured here is from Target and the shelf hardware and hooks from the Home Depot.

I added a floating shelf, also from Target, above the bathroom.  I also framed a small piece of artwork to add a little interest to wall opposite the shower.

It’s certainly not a dream master bathroom from a space perspective, but the additions add some functionality and charm!
